Elegant Evening Events began with the premise that all brides deserve their own vision come to life. With a combined 20 year experience helping women dress for all occasions including finding their dream wedding gowns and honeymoon attire, 10 years of day of coordination experiences and wedding planning, Cecilia and Maria have combined their unique talents to bring those fairytales to life.
Throughout the years, Elegant Evening Events has partnered with local nonprofits and networking companies to coordinate fundraising events and Galas.
Making Dreams Come True
Cecilia brings to the table a diverse management background, from managing environmental science laboratories to making the leap to retail, entertainment, and fashion industry.
Her 15+ years of experience and the human connections she has made throughout the years are what allow our clients to develop special relationships with the vendors that facilitate their events. Besides fluff services, coordination, and logistics, it is her goal to provide the clients with top-of-the-line service, vendors that have been vetted, are local small businesses, and that give back to the community.

Every Detail Matters
Maria was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and is a
United States Army Veteran. She brings operations, management, leadership and professionalism to the company.
During her time in the military, Maria pursued her education in Computer Science and Art and in 2014, she left the military and graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Animation. Maria is a freelance graphic designer, artist and photographer assisting clients in event design and more.
Maria's goal is to provide a professional experience through each event, be an advocate for Veteran Entrepreneurs and give back to the youth through mentorship.
